Fast shipping:

Our high stock availability and modern logistics enable us to ship your order within a very short time.
Fairly calculated shipping costs. No minimum quantity surcharge. No weight scale.
You are also welcome to have your parcel delivered directly to a DHL Packstation.

Shipping costs within Germany:

Up to an order value of €150: Flat shipping fee of €4.50
For orders over €150: Free shipping

International shipping costs:

Austria: €8.50

Delivery time:

All orders are processed within 2 days. We ship with DHL. The delivery time is 2 days. Unfortunately, delivery to German islands is not possible. Please provide a delivery address on the German mainland.

Delivery period:

a) If you order several items from us in one order and different delivery times apply to these items, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time applies to the entire shipment.

b) The delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring credit institution in the case of payment in advance, or on the day after the conclusion of the contract in the case of other payment methods, and ends at the end of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognised by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.

Local collection:

To save time, you can collect your desired items directly from us in Rottendorf.

TAF CASE GmbH fulfils its obligations under the Austrian Packaging Ordinance by participating in a collection and recycling system. All packaging delivered to our B2B customers in Austria is properly disposed of by Reclay Systems GmbH in accordance with the Packaging Ordinance. We will be happy to provide you with written pre-licensing confirmation upon request. Please contact us directly for this purpose.

Please provide a delivery address on the mainland.

All orders are processed within 2 days. By default, goods can only be shipped to the countries listed below. Depending on the size of your order, delivery will be arranged via DHL or a freight forwarder. Please refer to the table below for the applicable delivery charges.

If you would like your order to be shipped to another country, please email us at order@taf-case.de before placing your order, specifying the item, the quantity, and the delivery address (including the country and postcode). We will then inform you as soon as possible whether we can ship to the desired country and, should delivery to the specified address be possible, provide you with the shipping costs, as we need to check the shipping options and costs with our shipping partner in advance.

Delivery time:

If you place an order with us for several items with different delivery times, we will dispatch the goods in a single consignment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time for the item in your order with the longest delivery time will apply to the entire consignment.

b) The delivery period shall commence, in the case of payment in advance, on the day following the issue of the payment order to the transferring bank, or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day following the conclusion of the contract, and shall end at the close of the final day of the period. If the final day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognised by the state at the place of delivery, that day shall be replaced by the next working day.
